And so, it began.. The HLT comes together at last.. The hardware: QMax holepunch for a 21mm (1/2″) hole.   Ølgryte med høyrygg og sopp Tips til servering: Lag en deilig potetstappe med parmesan. Skrell 800 g mandelpoteter og kok dem møre i usaltet vann. Bryggebrød 150 gr mesk 400 gr hvetemel linfrø (mengde etter eget ønske) 1 1/2 ts salt 1/2 ts tørrgjær 3,5 dl vann ((eller bruk 2,5 dl vørter og 1 dl vann for en mer eksotisk variant)) Bland sammen alle ingrediensene i en bolle, hell vesken over (ca 30grader) og sett til heving i 12-24 timer med en håndkle over.
